What's Going On?

Watch out for EDF (Environmental Defense Fund) and John McCain. It looks like they both subscribe to the free-market version of cleaning up our Earth. In a four page letter I received from McCain and Krup, the "CEO" of the EDF, both men stated that the best way to halt Global Warming is through "the American Way," Free-Market Capitalism.
Well, I'm poor and have to shop frugally and cheaply. I own particle board furniture and a 8 y/o used car. So do you think people like me, and their are a lot of them, will get Wal-Mart oxygen, dollar store water, and second hand soil? I'm sure we will while people like McCain and Krup will get only the finest and most pure environmental commodities.
Something is wrong with our world outlook if we believe that a healthy environment can be best supported by the invisible hand of the free-market.
